Product Condition
The Yo Pop Fun Shop knows that many of our customers are collectors and that product condition such as packaging and paint jobs are important. Those things are important to us as well!
While the Yo Pop Fun Shop is always committed to impeccable customer service, please be aware that there may be minor imperfections to the packaging or paint condition from time to time.
Refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT BE issued for minor imperfections. When you purchase a product from our website, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. If you are looking for perfect packaging and/or paint condition, please visit us in store to make your purchase. Our store is located at 1610 Fulton Avenue, Suite 2, Sacramento, CA 95825.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. We do our best to list the approximate month of arrival in the description. Funko rarely has street dates, so the arrival time can change. Once we receive the items, we will process them for damages, then ship. We do not ship anything other than mint products to our customers (unless stated in the description). If pre-orders are received damaged, there might be a delay in shipping. On certain occasions, we receive parts of bundles. We will not ship out to customers until the complete bundle is received and processed. Contact us with any questions about pre-orders before purchasing. If pre-ordered items are purchased with in-stock items, your order will ship when all items you have ordered are in stock. All canceled pre-orders will incur a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
Refund Policy
Due to limited inventory and the collectible nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Yo Pop Fun Shop will only issue a refund or exchange if we are responsible for the order error.
Shipping / Local Pick Up
Free shipping is provided using DHL or USPS. If a shipping option is not chosen during checkout, your order will be canceled.
Local pickup is not a shipping option for customers outside of the greater Sacramento area.
Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order. Packages that are returned due to an incorrect address, or packages which are refused, will incur a 20% restock fe and shipping will not be refunded. Allow up to 10 business days after the product is returned to receive your refund.
All items are bubble wrapped before boxed to protect your order. In the event your item is damaged during shipping, we will not provide a refund. However, you can file a claim with the shipping company or postal service.
